Interested in poetry but not sure where to begin?

Join local poet Lisa Marie Shepherd for a relaxed workshop on

Saturday 1st August – 2.30-4pm.

We will read and discuss a selection of poems, then learn some basic techniques through gentle, guided exercises.

This workshop is tailored for those who are thinking about dipping their toes in, or are at the beginning of their poetry journey.

* Lisa Marie Shepherd is an English-Cypriot poet and Writing West Midlands room 204 writer. Her poems have been published in various journals and anthologies as well as being shortlisted for Nine Arches Press ‘primers’ 8.
